We are looking for an Office Administrator with appropriate administration experience in a busy office environment and excellent IT and customer service skills.


  • Supervise the reception area and staff to confirm effective communication both internally and externally
  • Deliver office guests with a hospitable experience
  • Manage the maintenance of office areas, equipment, and facilities
  • Interact with IT, phone, and building personnel as needed
  • Data entry
  • Answering calls and responding to emails
  • Processing orders handling
  • General administration
  • Producing reports and presentations
  • Assisting senior staff and other departments when needed
  • Managing marketing aspects by updating the company website and social media accounts
  • Works well as part of a team as well as independently
  • Arrange meetings internally and provide meeting support when requested
  • Deliver office guests with a hospitable experience
  • Issuing office badges and passes
  • Liaising with supervision for any issues within the building
  • Managing a professional office environment consistent with our company culture
  • First point of communication for all visitors to the Crewe office
  • Helping the Hospitality team with event planning and running of events


  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Be organized and proactive
  • Display a positive attitude
  • Ideally will have administration experience
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
  • Personable approach
  • Be capable of thinking outside the box and using their initiative
  • Have experience working in a front-facing and/or administrative role
